Week 1: Arrival & Discovery

Connect with local organizations (veteran groups, homeless shelters, disability advocates)
Scout community needs
Begin social media presence tagging location
Week 2-3: Community Building
Launch service projects (1-2 major projects per city)
Host meet-ups for locals interested in Southern Aloha values
Create daily content showcasing RV lifestyle + community impact
Build local chapter leadership
Week 4: Chapter Launch & Transition
Official chapter launch event
Establish ongoing local leadership
Document impact and stories
