About Us

Our Story

Started With Shared

Coastal Values

Southern Aloha was founded on the beautiful connection between Southern hospitality and the Aloha spirit two cultures built on warmth, generosity, kindness, and genuine community care.

What started as a simple idea evolved into a grassroots movement dedicated to serving coastal communities through meaningful action. Whether it is supporting homeless veterans, organizing beach cleanups, building accessibility ramps, or helping families in need, Southern Aloha believes real impact begins with people showing up for one another.

We exist for people who value authentic relationships, coastal living, community service, and creating spaces where everyone feels welcomed like family.

About Jason

Meet The Mind Behind

Southern Aloha

Southern Aloha was born from two places that captured my heart, the South and Hawaii.
Growing up in the South, I learned the value of hard work, hospitality, family, and treating people with respect. Those values shaped who I am and how I approach life and business every day.
Years later, after working on a cruise ship in Hawaii, I made the life-changing decision to move to Maui, where I spent five incredible years immersed in the islands’ culture, community, and way of life. It was there that I truly fell in love with the spirit of Aloha, a philosophy built on kindness, respect, generosity, and genuine human connection.
The more time I spent in Hawaii, the more I noticed something remarkable: the values that define Hawaiian culture weren’t all that different from the values I grew up with in the South. Both cultures place a strong emphasis on hospitality, community, family, and making people feel welcome.
That realisation became the inspiration behind Southern Aloha.
Our mission is simple: to bring together the warmth of Southern hospitality and the welcoming spirit of Aloha in everything we do. Whether you’re a longtime customer or discovering us for the first time, we want every interaction to feel authentic, personal, and meaningful.
Southern Aloha isn’t just a name, it’s a reflection of a journey, a lifestyle, and a belief that people are at the heart of everything.
